It aims to reduce stress, ease pain, and promote deep relaxation to support your body's natural healing abilities. This system focuses on energy centers and flow, like chakras and meridians. The use of Reiki helps to identify where some problems may lie, and the practitioner aids in balancing and allowing the energy to flow in a more correct manner.
