Take this opportunity to start your week off on a good foot. Join us in a guided meditation that will encourage you to align and balance your chakras with the aid of a sound bath using singing bowls.
$5 drop-in class
Seating and floor space will be available, but feel free to bring your meditation cushions, yoga mats, and blankets for ultimate comfort.
